Magic Family Getaways, LLC – Disney Cruise Line Onboard Credit Terms & Conditions
Onboard Credits are provided courtesy of Magic Family Getaways, LLC. The onboard credit amount for 2026–2027 sailings is listed in U.S. dollars and is based on the cruise fare only. It does not apply to taxes, government fees, airfare, insurance, transfers, hotel stays, shore excursions, Adventures by Disney add-ons, gratuities, or any credits issued by Disney Cruise Line from prior sailings.
This offer is valid on qualifying new Disney Cruise Line reservations for 2026–2027 sailings booked through December 31, 2027, with a sail date on or before December 31, 2027. One Magic Family Getaways onboard credit is permitted per reservation. Credits may not be combined across multiple reservations and have no cash value. Placeholders are not eligible. Offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
If a Disney Cruise Line reservation is modified before or after final payment and the cruise fare changes, the onboard credit amount will be adjusted accordingly. Complimentary upgrades provided by Disney Cruise Line do not impact the onboard credit value. If a reservation is canceled for any reason, the onboard credit is forfeited and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Unused onboard credit is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund. The onboard credit may be applied toward most onboard purchases, including gratuities, alcoholic beverages, Disney-operated shore excursions, spa services (including onboard and Castaway Cay), photos, souvenirs, and select activities on Castaway Cay. The onboard credit is not valid for purchases made in port or for excursions not arranged by Disney Cruise Line.

How will I see my onboard credit?
Onboard credit will be noted in your stateroom upon arrival. It is compliments of Magic Family Getaways and will also be noted on your stateroom folio three days prior to embarkation.
Can you cash out onboard credit?
If your onboard credit is not fully used on your cruise it cannot be cashed out, so please be sure to use it all before the end of your cruise. If it is unused it is returned to the credit card that it was originally charged to, which in the case of this promotion, means it is returned to our travel agency.
How much Disney Cruise onboard credit will I receive?
We offer industry leading complimentary onboard credits which range from $50 – $500, depending on the cruise fare. See the table above for a breakdown of the onboard credit you will receive based on the total cost of your voyage. You must mention the offer code NJ FAMILY to your Magic Family Getaways travel advisor to receive the credit.
